Our Ministries

Harmony United Methodist Church is in ministry to and with our community, nation, and world. From nuturing our little ones to reaching out through participation in the global ministries of The United Methodist Church, our congregation is always seeking new ways to embody God's Kingdom. Are you looking for a chance to grow in your understanding of God's Word? We have a Sunday School class or short-term study for you. Are you hoping to find a place to explore your call as a disciple of Jesus Christ? We can help you find a way to live your discipleship through service.

With a worshiping community of over 200 persons, we are able to provide opportunities for praise and celebration, study and spiritual formation, mission and service. Plans are underway in 2010 for a church-wide retreat, parenting classes, a Saturday worship and fellowship for young adults, a Volunteers in Mission trip to Georgia, and expanded small group experiences. Our active worshipers range in age from newborns to those over ninety! Some are married, some are single or single again--whether your nest is growing or your birds have flown, you'll find someone like you at Harmony. Developing and building on ministries with children, youth, and young adults are identified priorities for our congregation.
